This was/is my father's name; Agapito. My father died at the age of 65 (1970) from colon cancer. My father lead a very unchristian life; alchohalic, blasfimer and foul mouth. My heart aches every time I read my daily missel of the saint of the day and remember how unchristrian my father was. My soul suffers very much.
It is of great pleasure to learn that there is a church saint by the name St. Agapitus, the name that I only own in the whole country of Kenya. It has been hard for me to explain to many who have been inquiring alot on the source of the name. Through His Intercession may Almighty God grant me His Holy Graces that I would imitate and follow Christ the way the Saint did. Amen
