Jan 28 - Homily: St. Peter Nolasco
Uploaded by AirMaria on Jan 28, 2010
St. Peter Nolasco was founder of the Mercedarians who worked to gather alms to free the Christian captives of Muslims. He even went so far as to offer his very self as a substitute so that others could be set free. As such he fully lived the message in today's Gospel : Sell what you possess and give alms. Make to yourselves bags which grow not old, a treasure in heaven which faileth not: where no thief approacheth, nor moth corrupteth. For where your treasure is, there will your heart be also. Ave Maria! St. Peter Nolasco, Confessor - Mass: EF, Iustus Ut Palma - Readings: 1st: 1co 4:9-14 - Gsp: luk 12:32-34 To Download Audio go to http://airmaria.com?p=10118
