New Rosary design promotes the ease of prayer and supports charity.

Kenosha jeweler, Gary Hughes, prayed the rosary daily using a Chaplet -- a single decade of beads attached to a crucifix and a strand of beads. After praying the ten Hail Mary prayers, he needed to flip over the crucifix to continue the remainder of the five-decade rosary. After untangling the crucifix from the beads several times, he conceived of a way to allow the beads to flow through while keeping the crucifix and medal stationary. The idea of the Rosary Lariat was born.

The patented "lariat" design is identical to the traditional rosary with exception of the bail that allows the beads to slide through untangled. The "Rosary Lariat" combines tradition with a new design, and is easy to pray anytime, anywhere.

Initially the "Rosary Lariat" was designed for Gary's personal use. After learning that Pope John Paul II had been looking for ways to generate renewed interest in the rosary, Gary Hughes decided to share his newly-designed rosaries with the world, and to donate part of the proceeds to charity.
