French abbess and miracle worker. Angadresma was born in 615 and was educated by St. Omer. Her cousin, who aided in her training, was St Iaambert. Angadresma was betrothed to St. Ansbert of Chausey but prayed to be allowed a religious vocation. She contracted leprosy, and Ansbert married another. The disease disappeared after the ceremony when she entered a monastery and was received there by St. Ouen. Angadresma became the abbess of a Benedictine monastery, Arver, near Beauvais, France. She is reported to have performed many miracles.
