Tú Me Sostendrás Calls Listeners to a Stronger Relationship with God

PORTLAND, OR (January 28, 2015) - (OCP) / Tú Me Sostendrás (You Will Sustain Me), the debut album from Hispanic Catholic powerhouse couple, Koren and Jessica Ruíz, has been released to audiences eager for music to express the song of praise deep within their hearts.

Filling a need for Spanish contemporary music that nurtures and strengthens faith, this new album is a powerful tool for engaging people to live out their faith more fully as they seek out new ways to build a closer relationship with the Lord and to carry out his will in their daily lives.

"In today's Church, music is one of the most powerful tools to evangelize," Said Koren. "And, through our music in this collection, we strive to build a connection between God and all of us. Tú Me Sostendrás incorporates faith in our daily lives as its main and central message; the faith that his love is faithful; that he constantly watches over us; and that even in the middle of a storm, he will always sustain us."

Showcasing a wide variety of musical styles, the combination of electric and acoustic guitars, bass, drums and piano with string instruments like violin and cello appeals to the young as well as the young at heart.

"What really sets this collection apart is bringing contemporary music styles together with text based primarily on scripture," explained Koren. "Additionally, most of the scripture used in the songs come from psalms in styles that are appealing to the youth or to anybody with a burning desire to praise God through the gift of music."
