Your selfie can now be seen by millions: Charity campaign puts selfies on billboards for donations
FREE Catholic Classes
By participating in the Ultimate Selfie Campaign (#ultimateselfiecampaign), people can now have millions of people across the United States see their selfie or favorite photo on digital billboards, while helping charities with a $25 donation. The project was an out-of-the-box fundraising brainchild of the non-profit organization, Creative Chatter, in partnership with a publicly-traded, outdoor advertising group, Lamar. With the donation, an individual will be allowed to post a photo with a few words or a Twitter identity that will last for seven days in rotation on a billboard.

MUNTINLUPA, PHILIPPINES (Catholic Online)- Requirements are simple: the participants must first comply with the general terms of the Creative Chatter. The minimum amount of donation is $25, tax deductible. There should be no personal contact information including phone numbers on the photo or added text. Crude or profane statements are also prohibited.
The participant must also have the permission and legal right to post the photo. The organization will also feature submissions on their Facebook and Twitter page.

Creative Chatter also serves the right to edit or delete submissions, if deemed unfit given the requirements.
According to CNN, the most popular submissions are those expressing love and gratitude, as well as birthday wishes for their loved ones. However, there are also some taking the chance to promote something, as how billboards are used initially.
Creative Chatter estimated that, as an average, 11 million people could see the pictures for over 45 major cities with the digital billboards. The project is set to end on April 2.
Creative Chatter is organized with the aim of making "local communities a better place for those less fortunate." They make matches of other non-profit organizations and their local donors.
