We ask you, urgently: don’t scroll past this
Dear readers, Catholic Online was de-platformed by Shopify for our pro-life beliefs. They shut down our Catholic Online, Catholic Online School, Prayer Candles, and Catholic Online Learning Resources—essential faith tools serving over 1.4 million students and millions of families worldwide. Our founders, now in their 70's, just gave their entire life savings to protect this mission. But fewer than 2% of readers donate. If everyone gave just $5, the cost of a coffee, we could rebuild stronger and keep Catholic education free for all. Stand with us in faith. Thank you.Help Now >
Shameful: Clinton family spares few crumbs for veterans
FREE Catholic Classes
Hillary and Bill Clinton don't seem to be very fond of veterans. The mega-millionaire couple has donated jusy $70,000 to veterans groups since 2007. At the same time, Donald Trump has donated at least $5.6 million.

LOS ANGELES, CA (California Network) - The cost of war includes the lifetime expense of providing for our veterans, long after the shooting has ended. Most Americans understand this, and no matter how we may feel about a war, we are generally steadfast in our care and concern for veterans. As a result, Americans donate liberally to veterans causes.
Unless you're the Clinton family. According to the public records of the Clinton Family Foundation, the family has made just five years worth of donations, varying between $25,000 and $5,000, for a grand total of $70,000. At the same time, a single Clinton speech hauls in an average of $210,000.
The Clinton family has generated tens of millions, if not hundreds of millions, in revenues from various fees and deals they have made since 2009, when they made their first recorded donation to veterans.
Meanwhile, Donald Trump has donated $5.6 million to veteran organizations.
Does this mean the Clinton family hates veterans? It's difficult to know precisely because not all of their records are public. However, it is highly unlikely their donations could possibly rival those of Donald Trump.
Care for our veterans is widely seen as a measure of patriotism. We live in a country that has been involved in war and armed conflict for the majority of the past two decades. We're creating new veterans on a daily basis. Our next president will have to make decisions regarding the care of those people.
The American people want a president who will make veteran's care a priority. Hillary Clinton has not donated enough or contributed enough to make a convincing case that she cares for veterans.
