NO SHAME - Bush and Graham have dishonored themselves and betrayed their constituents. They should resign and live in obscurity

Jeb Bush and Lindsay Graham are among a list of prominent Republicans who signed a loyalty pledge to the GOP, swearing to support the eventual party nominee. Now that nominee is about to be Donald Trump, the two men are reneging on their promise, and are refusing to support Trump, who is also the choice of the people.

LOS ANGELES, CA (California Network) - Florida Gov. Jeb Bush and South Carolina Sen. Lindsay Graham have both broken a signed, sworn promise to support the eventual GOP nominee. Their justification is that they don't like Trump. But that's how promises work. You balance the possibility you may have to accept something you dislike, against the balance of your honor, in exchange for something you may want.
In this case, Bush and Graham would want to be supported by the eventual nominee, or in Bush's case, he would want support had he won the nomination. Instead however, these men are refusing to uphold their end of the bargain.
This means they lack honor.
Donald Trump stated plainly this weekend, "They all signed a pledge. They thought I would run as an independent. When you sign a pledge it's supposed to mean something. It didn't mean anything [to them]."
Several prominent members of the GOP and establishment insiders, have refused to rally behind Trump, with some going so far as to consider Hillary Clinton instead. In doing so, these people show their true colors, which is ultimately a favor to the voters.
Donald Trump is the choice of the American voters. His nomination is a protest against establishment politics which have put the voters behind the personal profits and gains of those in power. The GOP should acknowledge this and align its support, and its philosophy behind the people, but many members are so corrupt, they think they can get away with refusing a pledge and ignoring the will of the people.
It is up to the people to punish this kind of behavior, or they will be forced to live with it for years to come.
The GOP does not represent the people. They do not advocate for the people. They never have.
The GOP pays lip service to issues that matter to the people, such as illegal immigration and abortion, but no matter how many times these corrupt politicians are reelected, they never seem to stem the tide of illegal immigration, reduce abortion, or curtail government spending.
What's the point of voting for a self-avowed pro-life candidate if he isn't going to do anything about abortion? It's better to consider other issues at that point.
The key issue is integrity. Donald Trump has never been indicted, or convicted of a serious crime. He has never reneged on a deal signed between him and the GOP or the American people. He is clearly the more honorable candidate, like him or not.
People like Bush and Graham, career oligarchs, need to be sent home as soon as possible. They are not friends of the people. Instead, they are friends of themselves, as their tainted honor shows.
