Will Clinton be arrested before securing the Democratic vote?

Despite an ongoing federal investigation, Clinton remains the star of the Democratic Party.

"Those messages disappear all by themselves." Famous words from a woman claiming to have no understanding of how email works. Another wonderful response after being asked if she wiped the private emails from her computer was "What, like with a cloth or something?" This is the woman currently earning the Democratic vote.

LOS ANGELES, CA (Catholic Online) - The FBI's investigation into Hillary Clinton's use of a private email server continues, as one of her former State Department staff members has recently been granted immunity.

Bryan Pagliano, who was part of Hillary Clinton's 2008 presidential campaign and who later set up the infamous private server in her New York home in 2009, has been granted immunity by the Justice Department.

Pagliano maintained the server but cooperated with all FBI investigations, as has Clinton.
Brian Fallon, a spokesman for Clinton's campaign, reported: "Secretary Clinton has been cooperating with the Justice Department's security inquiry, including offering in August to meet with them to assist their efforts if needed."

Fallon later added the campaign was "pleased" with Pagliano's complete cooperation with the Justice Department during their investigations.

Initially, Pagliano refused to talk to investigators, prompting Fallon to respond that Clinton "encouraged everyone to cooperate because we want to make every good-faith effort to be transparent and answer any questions people have.

"With Mr. Pagliano, we encouraged him as well because we don't think he has any reason to not be transparent about the help that he provided from an IT perspective, but unfortunately, it is his choice what to do."

The FBI's ongoing investigation has since received complete cooperation from Pagliano and has shifted to new tactics.

It is likely agents will interview Clinton and her senior aides about the decision to create the server in the first place, how it was set up and whether any of her aides were aware they were accomplices in sending classified information.

The FBI, Justice Department and Pagliano's attorney, Mark J. MacDougall all declined further comment on the matter.

In response to the investigation, Ted Cruz told Fox News: "This is an ominous development for the Clinton campaign and for Democrats as a whole. This suggests that the investigation is moving to a whole other level. She is going to be a badly wounded candidate, and if we nominate a strong Republican nominee, we're going to win this general election."

Meanwhile, Clinton continues to mop the floor with the Democrat competition after coming out on top on Super Tuesday.

Despite the ongoing Federal investigation, Clinton's supporters continue to mob the polls and are gunning for her presidential candidacy.
