The 5 BIGGEST Reasons why Hillary is too BIG to jail!
FREE Catholic Classes
Hillary Clinton may have survived the Benghazi hearings, mostly due to Republican ineptitude, but the email scandal remains. It has become apparent that Hillary Clinton violated the law and shared at least 671 emails which include classified information. Despite her obvious guilt, many say she is too big to jail. Here are 5 reasons why they're right.

LOS ANGELES, CA (California Network) - Hillary Clinton most likely broke the law by sharing classified information on an unsecured server, one that was most likely hacked. It is impossible to tell what damage was done because of her flippant disregard for security protocols and the law, but it is still unlikely she will ever go to jail. According to Washington insiders, Hillary is too big to jail. Here are five reasons why.
1. Jailing Hillary would be a national embarrassment.
While the Clintons are the very definition of a national embarrassment, jailing one of them would be even worse -somehow. The imprisonment of a recent secretary of state could cause leaders in other countries to question U.S. credibility. This could hurt us overseas, diminishing our foreign influence. For example, opponents of leaders who have had their picture taken with Hillary could use the images in attack ads, creating a sort of guilt by association. It would also create the impression that the U.S. is overrun with corruption, (which it is). It also undermines public confidence in government, which is essential to the current parties who want to keep power.
2. The case against Hillary is hard to prove.
Yes, we know Hillary broke the law, but we're not the judges. While the court of public opinion is swift and accurate, Hillary will be tried in a federal courtroom where every word has a precise definition and every violation of the law must meet a particular standard. For example, how do you prove Hillary saw her email was marked as classified before she shared it? Excuses and legal wrangling over technicalities could be just enough to prevent a conviction. The every fact that she kept and used a private server is illegal in itself, but did she know she was breaking the law? How do you quantify the harm she caused, if any? While these questions sound absurd to us, convictions often hinge on them. The case against her in Federal court is yet to be made, and likely will never be.
3. Hillary Clinton is already on the ballot.
Even if legal proceedings went as fast as they can go in our byzantine legal system, her legal team could just delay proceedings until she was elected president. Once elected, she could basically kill the case against herself. It would then be up to Congress to pursue charges against her, and that's unlikely to happen.
4. Prosecuting Hillary could backfire in many ways.
For one, the Clinton Crime Family is infamous for destroying its opposition. Indeed, the gears of Clinton justice could already be in motion. Second, Democrats see this issue as an attempt at character assassination. They could easily find a high-profile Republican to retaliate against, perpetuating the conflict like a gang war on Capitol Hill. Most politicians have skeletons in their closets, so they may just be making a public spectacle for your sake while not really closing for the kill.
5. Republicans and Democrats are cut from the same cloth.
There's a growing school of thought that Republicans and Democrats are the same party, and the differences between them are superficial, intended to fool naive voters. Both participate in the same system and both have the same goal, which is to get reelected in perpetuity. While they are bitter rivals in the public eye, they take lunch together, hammer out deals that will profit both sides and they never seem to resolve the problems that got them elected in the first place, which is by design. Hillary is one of their own, and while they may make public commentary about her, behind closed doors, they're all part of the same, incestuous family. All the controversy we see if nothing more than public theater, intended to distract us from what's really going on in the world around us.
