LOS ANGELES, CA (California Network) - Apparently, it is a crime to be angry with the police, even if for a good reason. Glen Grays, a postal employee from New York was on his route, delivering mail, when an unmarked NYPD car nearly ran him over. Grays, naturally upset, shouted at the driver who parked and exited the vehicle. Several other cars then arrived and a few other plainclothes officers surrounded him and took him into custody.

The arrest was filmed by bystanders who witnessed the interaction and protested the arrest the whole time. At one point, an onlooker advised Grays he should file a lawsuit.

Glenn has been charged with disorderly conduct and must appear in court in May. However, video footage of his arrest has been released by an NYPD captain who may be sympathetic to Glenn. The NYPD has announced the officers involved in the arrest have all been transferred to regular patrol duties and are under internal investigation.
