New information on Clinton email controversy has critics questioning her ability to serve as President of the United States

'With each passing day we find out more and more information about Hillary Clinton and in doing so it has a direct relevance on her ability to be commander in chief and resident of the United States.'

A source, speaking under anonymity, reported several new details of Clinton's personal email system after her former IT specialist, Bryan Pagliano, opened up to the FBI.

Highlights

LOS ANGELES, CA (Catholic Online) - The source spoke to Fox News to share that Pagliano divulged several details to the FBI concerning who could access Clinton's private server, when they could connect and what devices were used.

The intelligence source added: "Bryan Pagliano is a devastating witness and, as the webmaster, knows exactly who had access to [Clinton's] computer and devices at specific times. His importance to this case cannot be over-emphasized."

Despite the plethora of information Pagliano provided, another source, one close to Pagliano, stated the IT specialist met with the FBI on a "limited basis" and was a "peripheral" source in the investigation.

The information Pagliano gave has allowed officials to piece together a better image of Clinton's use of the server.

The Republican National Committee (RNC) filed a suit against the State Department on Wednesday to force Clinton to release all of the emails sent from her private server.

The group claims her failure to do so is a violation of the Freedom of Information Act, which allows the public access to information from any federal agency unless it falls under one of nine exemptions created to protect national security, law enforcement and personal privacy.

Currently, several hundred emails have been withheld from the investigation as Clinton continues to maintain they are too personal for review.

The RCN also released a formal complaint, in which they wrote: "Clinton's actions while secretary of state -- and the actions of those senior officials with whom she worked most closely and supervised -- are manifestly relevant to whether she is fit to lead this country."

Sean Spicer, the communications director of RNC, told CNN: "With each passing day we find out more and more information about Hillary Clinton and in doing so it has a direct relevance on her ability to be commander in chief and resident of the United States.

"We're at a critical point in this election season not just for Republicans but for Democrats and they need to know what is in these emails."

Brian Fallon, Clinton's campaign spokesman, described the RNC's suit as "frivolous," adding: "This is just the latest attempt by the Republicans to politicize this email issue to try to get maximum advantage to derail Hillary Clinton's campaign.

"It's not going to work. It's no surprise but among Democratic voters, it's not working."
