LOS ANGELES, CA (Catholic Online) - According to the magazine, which can be read in full at Heavy.com, radicals truly believe everyone, including peaceful Muslims, are to be hated for their refusal to obey Islamic law.
The very first line of the "foreward" [sic] is a quote from the Qur'an, reading: "Do they not see that they are tried once or twice every year? Yet they turn not in repentance, and they take no heed?" (At-Tawbah 126).
The magazine's editors explain they just want everyone to recognize and submit to Allah. Christians need only "break their crosses" and Atheists must admit there is a god - Allah.
"In essence, we explain why they must abandon their infidelity and accept Islam, the religion of sincerity and submission to the Lord of the heavens and the earth," they wrote.
They listed several reasons, such as Christ was once a "slave of Allah," which Ja'far, one of Muhammad's cousins, claims.
Ja'far once wrote: "We say about him like our prophet taught us - that he is the slave of Allah, His messenger, His [chosen] spirit, and His word which He cast into the pure virgin Mary."
The grotesque twist of reality was further marked by claims Jesus will, in fact, return, though not for reasons Christians expect.
When he does, he will "break the cross, kill the swine, and put aside the jozyah [taxes "infidels" pay to live outside Islamic law].
"The true religion of Jesus Christ is a pure monotheistic submission - called Islam...when he returns in the final days, the Messiah will adhere to the Law of Muhammad and wage jihad for the cause of Allah."
The article continued, claiming there are four gospels, the New Testament is a lie, and "Jesus was not crucified," according to Muhammad, who happened to have lived 600 years after Christ's death.
Editors specifically targeted the Catholic Church for indoctrinating people into believing in Jesus.
It claimed St. Paul was a "criminal...treacherous Jes" who decided to pervert his religion from within.
"Their hedonic addictions and heathenish doctrines have enslaved them to false gods including their clergy, their legislatures, and their lusts."
Even other Muslims were targeted, particularly those who believe in peaceful coexistence. In fact, the magazine's April issue focused on condemning "apostate" Muslims and the Muslim Brotherhood.
The article only upholds U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry's explanation of ISIS all the more: "Daesh [ISIS] is genocidal by self-proclamation, by ideology and by actions - in what it says, what it believes and what it does.
"We know that Daesh's actions are animated by an extreme and intolerant ideology ... and we know that Daesh has threatened Christians by saying it will 'conquer your Rome, break your crosses and enslave your women.'"
The United States continues to fight ISIS and, in time, the United Nations will entirely eradicate the terrorist organization.
