Documents reveal who is buying the most ISIS oil - and you won't guess who it is!

The Wall Street Journal has published their report on documents released by the U.S. government detailing the raid that killed ISIS's top money man. Abu Sayyaf was the official oil man for ISIS, generating over a million dollars a day for the terror organization, even after U.S. bombing eliminated some of their oil production capacity.

LOS ANGELES, CA (California Network) - A grainy photo shows Abu Sayyaf, ISIS oil man, counting stacks of cash on the floor of his home. The image underscores just how lucrative the black market for oil is and how much money it is contributing to ISIS operations.
Sayyaff was in charge of selling oil for cash, but he was very meticulous in his dealings. According to State Department reports, the May 2015 raid on his home yielded more documents than any other U.S. Special Forces raid in history.
According to intelligence reports, he was a brutal taskmaster who owned slaves and ensured the oil crews kept working under severe threats and intimidation. Workers could be reassigned to harsher bosses, and in some cases, they would show up to work and find beheaded victims. Such tactics kept the crews working, despite the harsh conditions, very low pay, and the threat of death from attack.
The documents also reveal just how Sayyaf moved all that oil. Private buyers would have to bring their own trucks and fill them with oil, after paying cash. It was on the buyers to then transport the oil at their own risk.
Small refineries then bought the oil and refined it into gasoline. Strangely, the greatest volume of oil was purchased by the Assad regime.
ISIS has kept Sayyaf's system in place, and is now paying premium salaries for skilled technicians. They are also taking into account how many slaves and dependents a worker has when deciding salaries, something Sayyaf also did.
Abu Sayyaf was killed in May 2015 by Delta Force soldiers who raided his home and shot him twice in the chest as he reached for a pistol.
