Dear readers, Catholic Online was de-platformed by Shopify for our pro-life beliefs. They shut down our Catholic Online, Catholic Online School, Prayer Candles, and Catholic Online Learning Resources—essential faith tools serving over 1.4 million students and millions of families worldwide. Our founders, now in their 70's, just gave their entire life savings to protect this mission. But fewer than 2% of readers donate. If everyone gave just $5, the cost of a coffee, we could rebuild stronger and keep Catholic education free for all. Stand with us in faith. Thank you.

LOS ANGELES, CA (Catholic Online) - According to Times of Israel, the unnamed Jew was collecting money for charity when a Palestinian man, also unnamed, decided to target him.

When the Jew stopped his collections, he walked to a liquor store, where the Palestinian stabbed him in the neck.

Police reported the Jewish man was stabbed "multiple times" in his upper body in a "frenzied attack."

The knife was left in the Jew's neck, but he refused to simply die.

In what must have been a frightening and gruesome display of power, the Jewish man pulled the blade from his body and used it to stab his attacker.

The shop owner hit the Palestinian and attempted to keep him from escaping as the Jewish man retaliated.

The Palestinian died minutes after the attack.

The Jewish man collapsed outside the store and someone contacted emergency services.

Paramedics treated the Jewish man as they took him to the city's Beilinson Hospital.

Nati Ostri, a volunteer medic who treated the victim, stated: "Together with other volunteers of the Ambucylce Unit of United Hatzalah we treated the victim utilizing first aid treatment, following which he was taken to Beilinson Hospital in an ambulance. At the time of transfer the victim was conscious."
