Russia in cahoots with ISIS? Russian airstrikes target civilian oil facilities

LOS ANGELES, CA (Catholic Online) - Daily Mail reported RIBSS' claims came following the destruction of supposed civilian-run refineries and fields.
The group released a statement reading: "It seems like the Russian[s] are trying so hard to convince the world that they are aiming at destroying all kinds of sources of ISIS through these raids that are targeting the limited and primitive oil circulation which [is] owned by the civilians, and that affects only the civilians.
However, the Russians know best about the economic and oil close relations between the regime and ISIS."
Since Russia claimed to have destroyed hundreds of ISIS tanker trucks, reports continue to indicate the majority of ISIS' funds are the result of crude oil sales.
In their attempt to appear innocent, Russian President Vladimir Putin accused Turkey of helping ISIS by allowing ISIS to sell oil in Turkey.
Now, with Moscow bombing civilian refineries, Putin's true intentions are finally revealing themselves.
According to The Guardian, British foreign secretary Philip Hammond spoke on Monday, claiming "It's a source of constant grief to me that everything we are doing is being undermined by the Russians."The Russians say let's talk, and then they talk and they talk and they talk. The problem with the Russians is while they are talking they are bombing, and they are supporting Assad."
Russian officials claimed they target several militants in Syria, not just ISIS, though they continue to insist Moscow has been focusing on the terrorist organization.
On Monday, the Russian defence ministry stated it successfully conducted 468 air strikes in Syria in the past seven days, hitting over 1,300 "terrorist" targets. They also claim to have sent aid to the besieged Syrian town of Deir ez-Zor, but rebels and residents unite in their claim that Russian air strikes have killed hundreds of innocent civilians.
Hammond described the situation, saying: "Since the Russian intervention in Syria, the dribble of people who were perhaps going back from these camps to Syria has stopped dead, and there is a new flow coming in because of the actions the Russians are taking - particularly in southern Syria along the border just a few kilometres from here.
"The Russians say they want to destroy Desh [ISIS] but they are not bombing Daesh: they are bombing the moderate opposition. Less than 30% of Russian strikes are against Daesh targets. Their intervention is strengthening Daesh on the ground, doing the very opposite of what they claim to be wanting to achieve.
"The thing I have learned watching Putin, first as defence secretary and now as foreign secretary, is that it doesn't matter how much you watch, you cannot see anything: completely inscrutable. We have no idea what the game plan in the Kremlin is. We don't know. There are no councils discussing these things. It is what is going on Mr [sic] Putin's head."
Hammond was asked if the Iranians were providing better aid than the Russians, to which he responded: "I don't think either of them is being particularly helpful to the peace process.
"The Russians and the Iranians are working hand in glove with the Syrian regime and the Iranians are at least as hardline as the Russians about seeking to ensure the preservation of the Syrian regime."
There have been no legitimate indications that the war against ISIS or the aid to the Syrian civil war have been accelerated by Putin's forces. Perhaps now is the time to stop taking Putin's word and begin to take a look at his actions.
