Heartbreaking new ISIS images feature toddlers in unbelievable situations (PHOTOS)

Islamic extremists continue to spread pro-ISIS propaganda, this time through the use of toddlers holding weapons.

ISIS took to Twitter to release new images of children handling weapons.

LOS ANGELES, CA (Catholic Online) - The propaganda photos center on two children, each of whom is surrounded by assault rifles and other weaponry.

In the first image, a young black boy is seated among three assault rifles and four magazines that appear to contain bullets.

The second picture features a toddler holding a walkie-talkie and draped in an ammunition belt behind a rifle.

Each image was circulated among ISIS sympathizers on Twitter. Unfortunately, this is not the first time the terrorist nation provided images of children displaying aggressive acts or posing beside weapons used to kill innocents. 

ISIS has also released videos and photographs of children training to hold and fire weapons, how to fight in hand-to-hand combat and slit the throats of the jihadist's enemies.

Steve Emerson, the executive director of the Investigative Project on Terrorism, believes that posing and playing with weapons as children is a way ISIS brainwashes their young. 

"Indoctrinating kids with ISIS fanaticism is not only the easiest population to indoctrinate but also produces new generations of ISIS believers and ... at some point fighters," Emerson stated.

"Their goal is to rebuild the Islamic societies they have conquered into a global comprehensive Islamist system that ... takes over all aspects of society from garbage collection to teaching at the Madrassats [religious schools]."
