LOS ANGELES, CA (California Network) -- Lavdrim Muhaxheri, an ISIS general from Kosovo who has been filmed killing prisoners, is said to be back in Europe with an army of soldiers in disguise. Muhaxheri has 400 men disguised as refugees could be fanning out across Europe to establish terror cells.

Muhaxheri fled the Islamic State with his men following repeated defeats in the Middle East. It is becoming apparent to all that the Islamic State's days are numbered, and the terrorist state will eventually collapse.

Ahead of this inevitable defeat, ISIS has sent some of its operatives into Europe where they can stage acts of terror. Officials across Europe speculate they have disguised themselves as refugees to travel without detection.

Muhaxheri also goes by the name, Abu Abdullah al Kosava, and he is known for his efforts to recruit for ISIS. He has been in Syria since 2o12 and has filmed himself executing prisoners. In one video, he killed a hostage with a rocket, and in another video, he decapitated his victim.

It hasn't been confirmed if he is actually in Kosovo, or elsewhere. It also hasn't been substantiated that his rumored 400 personnel are in Europe either.

However, such a group, if across the border, could make an overwhelming strike force, attacking dozens of targets simultaneously.

Experts fear they would not be able to stop such an onslaught.

If confirmed, Muhaxheri could become the most wanted man in all Europe.
