The shocking way YOU'RE supporting Christian persecution in Pakistan
FREE Catholic Classes
Christians are being slaughtered in Pakistan and the U.S. government continues to prop up the nation, which turns a blind eye to the violence. Because the foreign aid sent to Pakistan comes from taxpayers, you are essentially financing Christian persecution in the country which is overrun with extremists.

LOS ANGELES, CA (California Network) - They've been beaten, hanged, burned, raped, imprisoned and forced to convert to Islam. Their crime? Accepting the gift given to them by Jesus Christ.
Pakistan is 97 percent Muslim, and to be a Christian there is very dangerous. According to the U.S. Center for Religious Freedom, Pakistan is one of the worst countries for Christian persecution. Meanwhile, the Obama administration proposed over $1 billion in aid to Pakistan for 2015.
What's the return on investment for a billion dollars? More terrorism and Christian persecution.
The stories will horrify you when you think about the terror Christians must feel in their day-to-day lives. Any person can accuse you of blasphemy, even if you are totally innocent. Offend your Muslim neighbor? They can say you've committed blasphemy and the police have to arrest you, for your own safety. Once in jail, it can take years for your case to go to court. You will face the death penalty. And if you are released, you will then face vigilante justice, no matter how innocent you are.
Punishments for being Christian in Pakistan have included being burned to death, as happened to a married couple in Punjab province. Falsely accused of blasphemy, the pair were cornered and burned alive by a mob.
Last month, a Christian woman, engaged to be married, was kidnapped by a Muslim man and forced to convert to Islam. In Pakistan, that puts an end to the wedding plans, because to leave Islam is an instant death sentence, regardless of how you became Muslim.
Last May, churches and houses belonging to Christians were burned in one of the periodic riots that Muslims stage to wipe out Christian communities. They seem to target successful Christian businessmen and growing churches.
These things happen because the Pakistani government does nothing to stop the crimes. Occasionally they might make an arrest, but more often than not, there are no witnesses and very little desire to find culprits.
This permissive attitude towards law enforcement is fostered by the government which does nothing to compel its agents to protect the most vulnerable and least violent people in its society. And the government is enabled by generous foreign aid packages from the Obama administration.
With "friends" like Pakistan, who needs enemies? The Obama administration could easily tie aid to improvements in human rights and the free expression of religion, but for some inexplicable reason, it does not. So, the government will continue to receive billions of your tax dollars, nothing will change for Christians who live their faith in a perpetual state of terror.
