Witnesses in Indian Ocean island claim to have spotted MH370 flying below radar on day of disappearance.

Locals from a small island community in the Maldives claim they saw an unusual large jet flying very low over their island of Kudahuvadhoo on March 8, 2014, the day Malaysia Airlines flight MH370 disappeared with 239 people on board.

LOS ANGELES, CA (Catholic Online) -  Many of the villagers from the small community agreed they saw a very large passenger jet flying over them with identifiable red and blue markings, according to The Weekend Australian. The witnesses were interviewed by police and testified with signed statements.

"I didn't know that a plane was missing. I went straight home and told my wife about it. I told my family, 'I saw this strange plane.' This is the biggest plane I have ever seen from this island...I have seen pictures of the missing plane- I believe I saw the plane...I strongly felt those people who were searching should come here," Abdu Rasheed Ibrahim, a villager recalling the day he saw the plane, said.

Although the Maldivies National Defense Force released a statement during the initial disappearance last year denying any aircraft in that area during the targeted time on March 8, the locals insist it was merely "an attempt to hide the limitations of their radar facilities," according to Daily Mail.

The witnesses claim the large aircraft was travelling north to southeast and it was so low the doors were clearly seen.

"I've never seen a jet flying so low over our island before. We've seen seaplanes, but I'm sure that this was not one of those," an eyewitness told the local media outlet, HaveeruOnline.

If the locals' statements are true, this means flight MH370 was flying over 3,000 miles away from the official search location led by Australian authorities.

The airplane's transponder and other equipment was switched off shortly after departing from Kuala Lumpur. It was tracked by Malaysia's military radar as heading towards the Indian Ocean, according to Daily Mail. "The flight made a number of unexplained deviations, and flew for several hours in radio silence after it lost contact with Air Traffic Control while flying between Malaysia and Vietnam."

After months of intense searching, no evidence of the plane's remainings has been located in the water, despite the high technology used to search.

"The crash of a large aircraft in the ocean would be a high energy event and expected to generate intense underwater sounds," explained Dr. Alec Duncan from Curtin University's Center for Marine Science and Technology, who has been investigating a low-frequency underwater sound signal that was recorded west of Rottnest Island on March 8, 2014.

Dr. Duncan believes this recorded noise could be from a geological event, like a small earth tremor, though.

"It would be more correct to say that our team has identified an approximate possible location for the origin of a noise that is probably of geological origin, but cannot be ruled out as being connected with the loss of MH370," he stated to The Weekend Australian.

If the missing Malaysian MH370 was in fact spotted flying so low witnesses could make out the jet doors, then it's not that far of a stretch to say that the aircraft was intently flying below radar so it could go undetected.

According to International Business Times, Malaysia, the country the aircraft came from, is a Muslim country and reports strongly believe the disappearance is linked to Islamic terrorism.

It can then be speculated that the large jet may have been stored in a Muslim country for use at a later period of time with nuclear weapons, ready to attack and destroy an "infidel" city, like Europe or the United States.

If MH370 was able to fly undetected over the Indian Ocean and the island of Kudahuvadhoo, then they can fly low, below radar to any city of their choice in any country of their choice.
