We ask you, urgently: don’t scroll past this

Dear readers, Catholic Online was de-platformed by Shopify for our pro-life beliefs. They shut down our Catholic Online, Catholic Online School, Prayer Candles, and Catholic Online Learning Resources—essential faith tools serving over 1.4 million students and millions of families worldwide. Our founders, now in their 70's, just gave their entire life savings to protect this mission. But fewer than 2% of readers donate. If everyone gave just $5, the cost of a coffee, we could rebuild stronger and keep Catholic education free for all. Stand with us in faith. Thank you.

It's not McDonald's

Despite the controversy and series of protests fast food chain, Chick-fil-A faced a few years ago, according to the American Customer Satisfaction Index Restaurant Report 2015, Chick-fil-A still ranked the highest fast-food chain in the U.S. in terms of customer satisfaction. The fast-food restaurant's avid fans continue to give high ratings for customer experience.

MUNTINLUPA, PHILIPPINES (Catholic Online) - According to the director of research at ACSI, Forrest Morgeson, "It focuses on one thing and does it exceptionally well ... and that is chicken sandwiches."

On the other hand, McDonald's, Burger King and Wendy's have all experienced a drop in terms of customer satisfaction from 2014. And in fact, McDonald's earned the lowest ranking in all fast food restaurants.

Pizza chains like Little Caesars, Papa John's, Pizza Hut and Domino's have all suffered a 5 percent or more drop in satisfaction rates, according to the study.

Additionally, Dunkin' Donuts earned a rank ahead of Starbucks. The former's customer satisfaction increased by 4 percent, while the latter incurred a 3 percent decrease.

Pertaining to Dunkin' Donuts, Morgeson stated, "They have freshened up their brand a little bit and improved their perception of quality and are still price competitive."

In general, marks in aspects such as courtesy of staff, speed of checkout or delivery, food quality and order accuracy relapsed this year as compared to that of 2014. Americans eat out at fast food chains at an average of four times a week.
