Cranberry and Orange Mold Salad 1 pound cranberries 2 small oranges 2 cups sugar 2 packages lemon Jello Grind raw cranberries and the whole unpeeled oranges together. Then add the sugar. Let stand for 15 minutes. In the meantime, make Jello and let it cool until almost stiff. Then add the cranberry mixture and mix together very well and pour into ring mold and chill until firm. Turn the salad mold over onto a platter and fill center with lettuce or parsley greens for decoration. Very Colorful.
