El Cardenal Carlos Osoro, Arzobispo de Madrid (Espana), visito la carcel de Soto del Real para celebrar con los presos la fiesta de la Virgen de la Merced, patrona de las instituciones penitenciarias.

MADRID (ACI Prensa) - El Arzobispo de Madrid celebro una Eucaristia con cerca de 300 internos, funcionarios y voluntarios y durante la homilia los animo a estar cerca de la Virgen que tiene "una mano sosteniendo al Senor y la otra para darnosla a cada uno".
Segun informan desde la Archidiocesis de Madrid, el Cardenal tambien recordo que "Dios no retira el rostro de nosotros, os quiere", porque "los primeros invitados a mirar a Dios fueron los pastores de Belen, que no tenian buena fama. Junto a Maria miran a Dios y salen de alli cantando: â€~¡Gloria a Dios en el cielo!†. Salen proclamando que lo importante en la vida es instaurar la paz en el corazon, la paz entre los hombres".
Por eso tambien aseguro que la Virgen "se fija en las necesidades de los demas, mira siempre al projimo con la mirada de Dios".
"O aprendes a tener esa mirada o este mundo no lo construimos, lo destruimos", subrayo el Cardenal.
El capellan de la carcel de Soto del Real, el P. Paulino Alonso, recordo a los internos: "¡No te olvides de reir, sonar, disfrutar, amar y, sobre todo, ser feliz porque siempre hay un camino a la esperanza!".
