VARSOVIA (ACI Prensa) - El libro lleva por tĂtulo "Sermon en el Areopago: 13 catequesis" y segun explica Marcin Baniak de la casa editorial Wydawnictwo Literackie "es importante resaltar que esta no es una compilacion. Es un texto escrito enteramente por Karol Wojtyla como un texto literario, que posiblemente fue redactado para ser presentado publicamente".
"Tras hallarse los manuscritos, estos seran revelados 40 anos luego que el Arzobispo Wojtyla de Cracovia fuera elegido Papa", explico Baniak.
Segun informa el sitio Polandinenglish.info, el encargado de la editorial preciso que "el texto fue encontrado en dos formas: escritas a mano y mecanografiadas. La editora lo lanzara de forma tal que el lector pueda comparar ambas".
Se cree que el texto fue escrito entre 1965 y 1966, luego que el entonces Arzobispo Karol Wojtyla y otros participantes del Concilio Vaticano II viajaran a Tierra Santa y Grecia en 1963.
En Grecia visitaron el areopago, el lugar donde hace unos 2.000 anos el apostol San Pablo pronuncio un sermon ante los intelectuales de la epoca; y en donde, segun la tradicion, solo una persona escucho su predica: San Dionisio Areopagita.
El libro es un analisis del sermon de San Pablo, del cual el Arzobispo Karol Wojtyla escribio 13 lecciones. Los editores consideran que este texto es "relevante hoy y que los historiadores podran encontrar diversos temas que con frecuencia fueron tratados por San Juan Pablo II durante su pontificado".
