El Papa Francisco expreso su solidaridad con las familias de los mas de 60 fallecidos y 100 heridos que han dejado los voraces incendios forestales desatados en Grecia en los alrededores de la capital Atenas.

VATICANO (ACI Prensa) - El Papa hizo llegar sus condolencias por medio de un telegrama enviado por el Secretario de Estado del Vaticano, Cardenal Pietro Parolin.
"Su Santidad el Papa Francisco se encuentra profundamente entristecido al enterarse de los recientes incendios en Grecia, y extiende de corazon su solidaridad a todos los afectados por esta tragedia", afirma el Cardenal en el telegrama.
El PontĂfice "encomienda al amor misericordioso de Dios a los fallecidos, y ofrece su apoyo a las autoridades civiles y al personal de emergencia que continĂşa las labores de rescate".
Por ultimo, el Santo Padre invoca las bendiciones del Senor "sobre todos los que lloran" y les desea consuelo y fortaleza.
