El Vaticano ha comunicado que el 6 de julio a las 11 horas de Roma, el Papa Francisco celebrara una Misa por los migrantes en el Altar de la Catedra, en la Basilica de San Pedro.

VATICANO (ACI Prensa) - La celebracion coincidira con el quinto aniversario de la visita del Papa Francisco a la isla de Lampedusa el 8 de julio de 2013.
El director de la Oficina de Informacion del Vaticano ha especificado que "sera un momento de oracion por los difuntos, por los supervivientes y por aquellos que les ayudan".
En la Misa participaran unas 200 personas, entre ellas algunos refugiados y personas que se ocupan de ellos.
Europa se encuentra estos dias en pleno debate sobre la politica migratoria de toda la Union Europea, que ha visto como en los ultimos dias el flujo migratorio se ha acrecentado aun mas si cabe.
Este hecho también ha provocado que cada semana haya decenas de muertos en las aguas del Mediterraneo: personas que han huido de sus paises en guerra o golpeados por el terrorismo y a bordo de una embarcacion intentan lograr un destino mejor en paises de Europa, principalmente en Italia o Espana.
