Fr. Elias on the Feast of Our Lady of Sorrows which we celebrate even on a Sunday here at Our Lady of the Redeemer Retreat Center and the Friary of Our Lady Coredemptrix, since this is the patronal feast day for us. Father explains the importance of Our Lady's compassion for Our Lord, suffering in union with her Son on the Cross, as prophesied by Simeon and how this is a unique participation in the redemption that opens the door for us to participate in the redemption as well.
