Fr. Bonaventure on how Sts. Peter and Paul were gifts to the Church from God and did so much to spread the faith far and wide in the early Church. They finally ended their long journey with martyrdom in Rome, the center of worldly power, but would soon become known as the center of eternal, spiritual power.
