Today's Gospel is the account of Peter coming to Jesus who is walking on water. Peter is able to walk on the water as well, so long as he keeps focused on Jesus. But, when he looks at the violence of the waves he panics and starts to sink. Fr Dominic uses this to exhort us to keep our lives focused on the supernatural and not on the many natural troubles we may have. Ave Maria!
