Dedication of a Child to the Precious Blood

Jesus, friend of children, during your life on earth, you called them tenderly to yourself. We now bring you this little child whom we desire to dedicate to your Precious Blood. We ask you to cover N. with your blessings and with the merits of your Blood so that he/she may persevere in the grace of his/her baptism which makes him/her a child of God.
O crucified Jesus, grant N. a haven in your holy wounds. Conceal him/her in the opening in your Sacred heart. May he/she never have the unhappiness of displeasing you.
We dedicate to you, Jesus, and to your divine Blood this child that he/she may remain faithful to your Holy Spirit who lives in him/her and desires to lead him/her to holiness of life.
Through your hands, O Immaculate Virgin Mary, we offer N. to your Son Jesus. We ask you, holy Mother, to surround this child with the love of your motherly heart.
We ask you, Jesus, to bless this child that in this life he/she may be the joy of his/her parents, and in heaven know the joy of the blessed who sing forever the mercy of your Redeeming Blood.
Amen.

Hail, Holy Queen

Hail, holy Queen, Mother of mercy, hail, our life, our sweetness and our hope. To thee do we cry, poor banished children of Eve: to thee do we send up our sighs, mourning and weeping in this vale of tears. Turn then, most gracious Advocate, thine eyes of mercy toward us, and after this our exile, show unto us the blessed fruit of thy womb, Jesus, O merciful, O loving, O sweet ... continue reading
