PHILADELPHIA, PA (Catholic Online) - According to the report, U.S. Rep. Bob Brady, chairman of the Democratic Party in Philadelphia, is a serial abuser of "special consideration."
Brady has denied this accusation.
The report shows that several connected Philadelphia elites have been acquitted of traffic offenses that include wrong-way driving among others.
If true, then the report highlights corruption in the courts, something that should not be happening at all.
The report identified seven judges that are being investigated by the FBI for their role in handing out special favors.
The value of the lost revenues to the cities for preferential treatment is described as "substantial" although the report did not specify how much money has been lost because of the alleged corruption.
The report also found that people who worked at the court also managed to fix tickets for themselves as well as family members and relatives.
