I thought the article was good, but I thought the photo used to represent the article on the main page is inappropriate. SlutWalk is about more than the freedom to dress anyway a person may choose. We may as Catholics agree that dressing modestly is important. But SlutWalk is also about removing the blame from victims of sexual assault and putting it where it belongs, on the perpetrator. By using the photo with this article, it makes it appear that the author is blaming the style of dress and lack of modesty for the evil acts of those who commit sexual assault. I doubt this was the intent. As Christians, we must take a stand against evil, but we must also separate the sin of immodesty from the sin of sexual assault.

Excellent article! Chastity is a self mastery of mind and body and a fruit of prayerful trust in God,as all loving human relationships are blessed by God. Loving,chaste people,are more likely to trust each other,because they tend to be more giving,forgiving and less selfish,a people of prayer and faith. The habit of unchastity drives God from ones life as one learns to trust ones own inclinations,to determine what is wrong or right. A "Restrictive rigid moral god",becomes the god of the guilty self righteous person,that eventually loses their sense of reason. They become their own god,or they learn to reject God,for the god of that they fancy. The devil looked into the mirror at the reversed image in it,falling in love with himself,the mirrored image is not the one of how others see the devil. We cannot see ourselves as others see us and that is why we should trust God. The chaste image is in perspective and the unchaste one is a mirrored image,not in true perspective. Chastity is for the cultivation of virtue. The true God loves us all and cultivates an Image of the true character of humankind,that is in "His own Image".The one perfect Image of God that humankind can understand is Jesus Christ body,blood,soul and Divinity. Divinity is the crowning touch. The Holy Mother has the crown of Divinity as a master of Chastity and True Devotion to God,Holy Mother Mary,is crowned Queen of Heaven.

Great article. This article should be read by Jr. High and High School students. This is spot on. A picture is worth a thousand words. Your cover photo for this article speaks volumes about Anti-Christian Liberal Culture. What we are looking at is the sum total of Marxist/Communist success in their quest to bring down America . I would like to remind all that it was our Blessed Mother of Fatima who told Lucia, Francisco, and Jacinta in 1917 that the Communist will spread their errors throughout the world. The cover picture of this article illustrates the success of those errors spread by the Anti-Christ Communists.
